Dare I hope too much?  Looks like it's going to be really nice starting this weekend around the Dallas area.

 

Dallas is North Texas?  When I read that, I was thinking "Panhandle."  Happy you are getting better weather.  Southern California ten day ranges 73-77-80-81:-78-74-75-75-66-60.  So it's getting warmer here.  One day has 10% chance of rain.  Zero on the others

I guess I should have said North Central Texas, but commonly referred to as just North Texas.  

Praise The Lord!!!! I hope it stays like that too, so tired of the cold. It's been one of the coldest I can remember in a long time! I've had to resort to putting some of my plants under T5 lights and didn't really want to have to do that. I've got my fingers crossed as well

Here in West Texas it's going to be in the 70-80s compared to 22F right now. But we'll have continuing freezes into April. 24F in May last year. I'd rather it would stay cold to delay bloom of fruit trees. Because there's no way of avoiding the late freezes around here. Every year I think sooner or later the last freeze will be in March. I've been disappointed 10 years running.

Hey Steve, maybe you should move to South Houston;)

sigh....

It's snowing here.  More coming tomorrow, then comes the ice storm.  I'm hoping to unwinterize my tree in 6 weeks.  Some have already broke buds and leafed out.

Spring?

Is that the glimmer of hope on the horizon?

All I can see is that foot of snow coming Thursday to top off the 9" of snow and ice from last week.
