Jamming for jamming ... Why didn't they jam them while fresh ?
I read somewhere that they use some products for drying the figs - sulfure if memory serves me well - ...
By the way, I ended my last fig jam pot last month. I just noticed when fetching the next one as there were tayberry-jams or mirabelle-jams ... But no figs left :( .
