First figs showing

Here's my unknown fig. It was frozen back to approx. 30 cm height above the soil level, and is now regrowing. It responds somewhat poorly to the dry heat we get, the leaves droop until the sun sets. I guess it may be the reason for dropping the figs last year. Any ideas what could it be?

However, nothing seems to show up un my Brunswick\Dalmatia. It's it third summer.
But the leafs are quite big:

Yuri,
here by me when sunny and hot some of my plants leaves will droop a little i dont think its anything to worry about by looking at your plants the leaves look ok.

Hi Yuri,
just sounds like the plants could use a little more water. If the soil is dry, then dry heat can evaporate water out of the leaves faster than the roots can replace it. When the leaves on my plants droop, I water them, and in half hour to an hour they are back to normal.

Yuri..  My weather here is dry and over +40 each day now. The leaves do droop. Just give them water ,at base,on ground. They will revive.
Water on leaves in bright, hot sun may burn the leaves, like a magnifying glass.  Fred

Thanks for your replies, I'll try to water it more regularly!
