Wanted to share a photo of what I think will be my first fig. I have had a couple other small ones drop off during rooting and cups but I think this plant is established enough to see this one through. Thank you, Phil! This is from one of your cuttings. =)

Yep, that will be something wonderful to eat about 80 days or so after you first saw it. BTW, what variety is it?

I see another behind it too. If it was started this winter, I personally would only let it keep one or two and knock the rest off as soon they can be confirmed to be a small fig for sure.

Thanks Gene! This is unknown. Possibly Marseilles white. There are actually 3 figs on this one. Will most likely just keep the two. Also have some on first year hardy Chicago and black fig I. I don't know much about this one though.
