Alma. It may be a breba, since none of the other figs appear ready to pop.

Great looking Frank - I always love to see the size of Alma in the background - gorgeous tree. I can't wait to get some this year!

Looks delicious Frank, how did this Alma breba taste? I have an unlabeled suspected Alma, grows and looks like your plant, from what i can see in your photo. Mine is sending branches up everywhere and is very healthy looking. Only the tiniest figs are forming now, so hopefully I can confirm my ID.

Frank,

You suck.  That is all.

Mike, the first figs of the season are always special but not as good as those from the main crop. Hope yours turn out to be as good as the ones I've had in the past.

Wills, patience, grasshopper, patience....Soon your fig orchard will bloom with ripened Black Madiera's, Matese Beauties, and the hundreds of other premium varieties you've growing.

Hey Frank, is this a little late got you? They look good.

That looks delicious, Frank.  Can't wait for my Alma to grow up.

Frank, you're way ahead of me on all my figs except the one Martin's UK I posted about. My alma is loaded with main crop figs but no breba. Because of it's length I was thinking it was a Hunt until I read your post. Sweet anticipation.
