First Time Posting

Though I've been a member for a couple of years this is my first time posting.  I have a small collection of figs, three in total, but a month or so ago, a friend sent me some cuttings from Greece.

The cuttings are from a self-pollinating tree.  He said it is the Vasilika Sika tree.  I know the figs are large, green, with a deep red interior.  My mother brought me a dozen once and not to squash them on the flight over, she put them in a grade A x-large egg carton.  They are large with excellent flavor.

To get them going I stuck them in cups with Miracle Grow Potting Mix loosened up a bit with some perlite.  Two of them, pictured, have taken off, the others are still on the small side, but growing nonetheless.

How they do here, time will tell.

In any case, thanks to all members for the information they have provided.

They look nice for such young plants. Good luck!

Where are do you have these trees? Are they getting enough sun? You leaves dont quite look right and I would hate for you to lose this variety.

Jose, Looks like mild FMV to me.

The figs were started inside and are now outside in the shade slowly working them up to full sun.
