End of season update 

That's some great growth.  What is your soil mix?

Thanks Frank...as for soil mix, the early rooted cuttings go into Pro Mix HP and Agway pine bark mulch 50/50 mix(no fertilizer at this time)...when they get uppotted again(about one month later), the mix changes to the following:  Miracle Grow potting mix, Agway pine bark mulch(50/50), Azomite, Espoma Iron Tone, granular limestone, and Osmocote slow release plant food...I use this mix on both my inground and potted fig trees...they seem to like it.

You did an absolutely amazing job! I remember watching the first video and worrying about your figs this year and feeling badly for you. WOW no need for that. You came back in spades.

The fig trees look awsome.  What happened to the stuff in the pot on the rail?  lol

James...thanks, and glad you liked the video...what you see on the railing is what remains of some deck gardening that my son started with great enthusiasm, but in which he later lost interest...I have my hands full with the figs trees, so the planters have gone to seed...  :(
