Floralicious Plus questions

I have read on previous posts where some members have been using the enhancer Floralicious Plus. My questions are have you been using it as a foliar spray or just a a feeding additive? Also how often do you apply it? Thanks in advance.

hi Dave  ..

Dennis AKA Snaglepuss  suggested I give  Floralicious Plus a try.
I have been using it about once a week on my figs in the reservoir of my el-cheapo SIP water from below Wal-Mart pots .

I use it on my flowers and other fruit trees and other potted house plants .

I have not used it as a foliar spray YET ?

Ocasionally I also add  in a 5 gallon batch a cpl heaping table spoons  of Azomite in with the Floralicious Plus .

Floralicious Plus is super concentrated one Tsp per 5gl ......  smells umm...  well  it smells ha . I were rubber gloves when mixing .

Thanks Austin. Your right about the smell. Have you noticed a difference since you been using it?

yes they seem to perk up after I feed with it

I just started using it a little over a week ago, so today was the second time I gave it to my trees. Still a little early but already seems to be helping a little.

hey if anyone finds a super good sale price on  Floralicious Plus let us know ...

I'd be interested to know of a good sale for it too.

I bought it a month ago to try out after seeing Dennis' high recommendations. I just got a 16-oz bottle to try out (Amazon for ~$21). Used it weekly (as a feeding additive, not foliar) on some rather malnourished-looking new trees from Raintree that had pale leaves, and all new growth has looked fantastic and seems to be more rapid, at least that's my impression. The tomatoes and peppers have also been growing darker green and a little faster after being fed any leftovers.

Good stuff. Just wish it didn't stink or stain so badly.

Floralicious Plus is the best liquid fertilizer I've ever used.  Yes, it is expensive.  But it work like magic!  To answer your question, do not spray it or any fertilizer on the leaves of your fig trees!  Fig do not like anything wet touching their leaves, including water.  Just mix Floralicious Plus with water and feed your tree from the soil.  If anyone has a tree that is not growing or a tree that looks dead....give  Floralicious Plus a try.  It works like magic to me.  Search for it on Youtube!  There is a guy there that talks about it too!  If you do the math, its cheaper than any other liquid fertlizer out there.

cheapest I found was 16oz amazon prime plus free shipping for 423 and some change

Thanks Dennis for the info on using as a foliar spray. Have only use it as a fertilizer and will only do so.

Austin and Sara, the best I could find also was on Amazon.

I guess with a pint making about 500 gallon $23 on Amazon is not a bad price.  8 oz should last my meager little operation years.  Says it's organic too in the Amazon description.

Anyone ever tried rooting cuttings in water with it added?  Kind of like the seasol commercials.

I haven't used it to water cuttings, just to feed trees and vegetables. I've been rooting cuttings in HP ProMix lately, with no nutrients or amendments added, based on advice from other forum members. That's been working pretty well for me.

Hey James, if you click on the "other sellers" link on that Amazon page, you'll see that it's a few bucks cheaper from other sellers. Currently $21.12 with free shipping from Hydro Gardening Store.
