I have been watching the forum members a little closer, and it is interesting that guests are almost always twice a numerous as members, whenever I check activity.

I was  guest for months before i became a member. i would do a simple search about a fig or of somthing fig and 9 times out of 10 the answer was here. now so am I to learn and share. ;-)

I only log on when I am going to post so I'm probably a guest about twice as often as a member.

I'm always signed in its automatic for me.

Always signed on, it's just easier for me that way.

I sign automatically and actually rarely sign off, leaving my computer running 24/7 with at least a couple of dozen tabs open.  So, for me, I'm usually not really "here" even though it appears as such.

Jon, I do read as guest on my Android rooted Color Nook.  For some reason, I can't get the device to accept my password.  But I only use that device once or twice a month for a short period of time.  But I keep my IPAD on 24/7 and log in automatically.  Anybody else out there having this problem using Android Ice Cream Sandwich?  Could be my "jerry rigged" device.

What I've noticed is how civilized the site has become. Polite guests I suppose.
