I was driving around today and found a large in ground fig tree/bush. After driving around the block 3 or 4 times I saw the owner outside and I asked him about the tree. He had no clue what kind of tree it was but said it started off as a cutting his friend brought back from him mom's tree in Sicily. Said the figs are green and the insides white but very sweet. He was kind enough to let me take a branch that i can get 4 good cuttings I'm hoping I can get to root. I took a pic of the tree and ill post when I get home. I can't post to from my cell for some reason.

Looks good Joshua. I'm going to be posting my fig adventure I had today, about 20+ trees I found, no cuttings sadly as I was walking around and didn't have time to knock on some doors.

wow, that's the honey hole.  20 trees.  youll def have to go back.
