Frogs need love too!

I love to see wild green tree frogs

it's a tree frog!  those are good luck!  leave him be!!

Froggy went a courting and needs something sweet for his sweetheart. Growing figs and creating habitat, not a bad thing at all.

btw, that is one crazy looking leaf he's on.  i've had a lot of weird deformities this year too.

You couldn't ask for a better choice on bug patrol--it'll eat your insects and won't ever hurt your plants! Plus, it looks quite nice, sitting there on its leaf.

Pete,

Don't chase the frog away--It will eat bugs and won't hurt your figs.

That's a really pretty tree frog.  I never see them around here anymore.  Every so often, way back when we had bushes across the front of the house, they would come out at night and get up onto the big glass windows across the peak of our house and stick to the glass.  Now we only have geckos that run around on the glass, but they are fun to watch.

Your little frog is so cute with its little hands folded up under its chin.

I once drove all the way to the hardware center and back with a little green tree frog stuck to the door of my car and didn't see it until I was coming back to the car to return home.  I was in the store for about 30 minutes, or so.

we always have a tree frog coming around here every year. only thing is i don't see more than one at a time. can't be the same one every year. i do see other frogs and toads in large numbers during the fall.

the leaves were damanged during the very last frost. i left the plant out and forgot to take them into the garage. new leaves that came out after that are all deformed. new leaves coming from new growth looks fine.

That looks like the one I lost! lol
