It looks like the top four arrows are pointing to the names of the four different varieties that have been grafted. One of the names is in english (Alma) and the other three in Chinese. The bottom two arrows seem to be pointing to the name of the rootstock that was used - ?
I think I've got it anyway. Hopefully hml will chime in and set me staight if I'm wrong.
