Free cuttings!

Got the cuttings today. Thanks very much Allen. They look great!

I got my cuttings today Allen. I just wanted to thank you for your time and generosity. I hope I have good luck rooting them so I can carry on your family trees. Maybe one day I can help someone getting started.
Thanks your friend Erick.

Thank you for the generous cuttings and for the extra mulberry, Allen! I can't wait to grow them!

Allen, Thank you for your generous cuttings!!!  I got them last night when I got home.  I immediately put them in the mix to start them out.  I'll keep you posted in the progress.

Allen,

Joined the forum today. are any more cuttings available?

Thx

Allen,
I'm also curious if there are any cuttings left?

Thank you,
Paul

Allen,

Thanks for the generous assortment of cuttings!  I am sure that these will be propagated & distributed to many forum members in coming years.  To avoid ID problems in the future, maybe "official" designations should be applied to these.  Your notes referred to:
"Family Favorite"
"Garden Tree"
"tree in the field"
"other two trees"

I can see first two names possibly "sticking" but I suspect that the last two are a little unwieldy to be used.  Any thoughts on how you would like these figs referred to, Allen?

John

I labeled them Allen1, Allen2, Allen3, and Allen4 ;-}

That would work -- hopefully Allen numbered them the same for everyone ...

John

Allen,

The lovely fig cuttings arrived today! Thank you so much for your generosity. I was thrilled and very gratefull to have received them. I have some potted up and a few are wrapped in damp paper towels and bagged. I will keep you updated on their progress. I hope others who received your cuttings will continue to do the same.

May the rooting begin!!!

Ginny

do you have anything left?

Dave, your cuttings are looking good! Thank's for the pic.

I have roots forming on a few of my bagged cuttings of the ones marked "from the field".  It only took three days to start seeing roots growing on them.

Ginny

My fam fav tree has leaves and (breba) figs on,
None are ripe yet, but I wanted to show y'all what they look like anyway! More pics when they get ripe.

They look really nice Allen, thank's for posting the pictures and I look forward to more updates. My cuttings are doing well, but so far the one from the field is growing the more vigorous roots.

Ginny

Hey Allen
I just wanted you to know that all but a few of my cuttings have roots now. I hope they keep doing well and I will keep you posted on their progress. Thanks again and I hope all is well your way..
Thanks. Erick

I just blacked out Allen's last name for privacy.

Here are 2, I think I have a 3rd somewhere :) I bought a nice rooted plant from Allen and he also sent some cuttings. The one that had tons of roots was on the left it took a while to grow because it decided to put out a whole new trunk instead of using the existing one.

Hi Allen,
Do you have any more cuttings left...I would like one.
Thanks, Ed
