Don't have that one Martin. If I did, I'd ship it to you. Only keeping two from Ucd. Have two many others to tend to, so out with these. Winter will be here before we know it, need to down size for sure. Will put a trade list up later.

I do NOT fear FMV, and love UCD!!

If someone would cover shipping and handling, you could un-pot, put in bags, tie the ends with a stick for protection, stick them in a box... and ship to California!!  I happen to know someone who would cover all of that on PayPal ;-))  This person would happily re-pot them into well drained soil, and let them learn to live here in the canopy of the vineyard!

I love surprises!  I took out the ones I have.  2 or 9 would be great!

Sucrette, Early Violet, Deanna, Monstueuse, Brunswick, Giant Amber, Excel, Archipel, Ischia Green, vernino, Marylane Seedless, Beall, White Texas Everbearing, King, Yellow Neches + a few others.

PM me if we can work something out!

Luke that is an impressive list of UC Davis trees.  You must have been rooting lots of cuttings!  Very kind of you to offer them on the forum.

Luke, If you do try to ship to California, get the postage money up front. ;);)

California can be very picky about letting live plant material into the state - I have been unsuccessful more than once trying to get plants shipped here. It would be horrible if your shipment got confiscated 'at the border'.

I expect however, if you are patient, you'll get more than enough people to take them off your hands in your area.

There's always Craig's list for local shoppers, but Bob (rcantor) sent me 4 live plants with no problem from Oregon to California, and I've gotten many from commercial nurseries.  I even got my live sourdough starter to Canada and had to fill out a customs form, but it went through just fine.

I feared if they opened that dried sourdough starter, they'd think it was cocaine!!  ;-))

See what happens when you put the word, "Free" in your post?  You are too funny!  NOW you get to deal with all the sharks, and you and your figs are the only bait in town! :-))

Hello Al, I know your the closest to me. So, these 3 trees are yours. That makes it real easy so far. Now, since you have mentioned something about helping me with shipping, really could use the help. Please let me know, thanks.

Hello Joe, All thru the winter, I had 6- 6lite T5, plus others going. One of the neighbours just told me, the rumors were, I was growing pot. And since she has never seen a fig tree before, I actually had to show her a picture of one, to assure her of what they were. My guess she was the scout the posse sent.

Hello Luke, as of right now I'm the last one on this list and everything is probably spoken for, but just in case you have a panachee laying around with no takers I'd love to get one. I'm on long Island and it would be a great reason to take a road trip. Even if I don't get one thanks for being so generous!!

Please if you get contacted, answer as quickly as possible, so that plants are not sitting. will try my best to give to all that responded. If Al contacts you, please respond. My trees are on the way thanks to Luke and Al!  Amazing!  Can't wait till they arrive!  Huge disappointment today.  We lost out on our for acreage to another buyer, so this good news made my day!!
