Freeze Warning in North East NJ Tuesday and Wednesday

I had an Atreano air layer in ground. Six feet tall with about ten leaves. Wrapped in burlap and piled with hay. I unwrapped to get some sun. It lost all it's leaves overnight. Wrapped it in insulation tonight. I think I will be ok, ends looked fine.

Figs are out today. Looks like tonight may be the last night I'll have to move them inside until next winter.

I covered my ingrounds that were leafing out but did not insulate then as the Weather guys were not calling for the 23F we got,  They were burnt back pretty bad,,,,

There was a frost warning last night. Our cars have frost on them. Plants are in the garage and I'll take them out when the sun comes out.

DARN!
This crazy weather just ruined most (if not all) of my nice Chinese Wisteria blossoms.
They had already swelled to the size of a (~1/2") small olive.
The tree (yes, very minimal pruning is required, though technically a climber!)
was trained to grow just outside the railings around one corner of my deck.
Previous years it had produced a masses of beautiful light violet flowers;
to the delight of my family, neighbors and them bees...

OK Took all the figs out of the shed ending the final fig shuffle. I am done, the figs are out for the season.
Finally...the fig shuffle is over... fun at first....stinks after a few weeks

Gorgi, I feel your pain. Im hosting easter at home this year and the snow we had a few nights ago smoked all of the beautiful daffs and hyacinths around the yard. It looked so nice, I hate cold weather!
