These are examples of leaves on a plant that went from shade to sun too quickly, rather than gradually. The plant will be fine.

I've got a couple with leaves like that.  Now under shade cloth.

I first saw this in plants I bought at plant sales 20+ years ago, and did not know at the time what was the issue. Turns out they were green house grown, and looked really nice the first day out of the greenhouse (at the sales), and after a day or two at home, started to turn white and defoliate. They will recover, bu8t have had a bit of a shock.
