I've planted 3 varieties: Turkish Brown; Ficazzana Black and Green Fig. Unfortunately the fuits of all these verities fell well before they ripe. They turned to yellowish.... became soft and fell on the ground. I'd say almost 90 percent of fruits. What's the problem and should I do to solve this disheartening experience?

I'm not familiar with those varieties, but since you mention getting cuttings from the Middle East in your signature... my first thought is do those varieties need the fig wasp? If you have fig wasp where you live, you will also need a caprifig (male fig tree). I don't have fig wasp where I live, so I only grow common figs that don't require it.

I have a couple of varieties that apparently need the fig wasp. This is what you would most likely see when the fig wasp is absent.
I would go with common figs that have official names to grow. You might be able to graft your trees with another common variety so perhaps it's not a total loss.
Grafts usually take off fairly fast. In fact that's what I will probably end up doing with my three year old Bursa tree and other trees.
