This is the result of a full days work. I didn't just jar figs today, but it seems from 8 this morning to 8 this evening there was always a pot of simmering figs on the stove. The house smells like heaven... From left to right - stewed figs, fig preserves, and strawberry flavored fig jam...yum.

It really has been a nice harvest do date, especially considering the amount of figs I've lost to the wet weather and being away from home for 7 days in a row last week. I am very grateful for what I've gotten so far, especially since the oldest tree I've got has been in the ground 4 or 5 years...
