Haven't seen or heard of you around these parts and I just wanted to see how you were doing. Hope you are not at some resort in a tropical island somewhere getting in trouble.
Be safe.

Keep in touch Dave...we miss you.  :)

I PM'D him 2 days ago and I haven't heard anything yet ?? I hope all is well.

Tony...maybe he's just laying low for a while...I'm sure we'll hear from him.

Update He messaged me back today (2:27) all is well he just has some personal stuff going on he's still with us.

Yeah sorry guys. Just have some stuff going on. You can't get rid of me that easy.

Good...we're glad !!   :)  :)  :)

Been dealing with snow/ice storms, demestic issues, orderd the new cover for the greenhouse today as well as an inversion table (the doc says it will work wonders for pinched nerves) been on the hunt for a new set of wheels(comming up empty there but going to a used car lot tommorow) got some other things for the green house orderd as well. still got to get some lumber for the base of the green house, last year i just had 6 mill plastic with mulch (bad ideal) the mulch broke down and the plastic help water so the misting system kinda made it a swamp. going with treated decking on a 2x10 frame. the whole thing will be anchored with 4 foot rebar drove three foot into the ground at a 45. and two 6000lbd rachet straps through the center and 4 400lbs pull downs on each corner. shouldnt go anywhere i think. just waiting for a warmer day to go clean the inside up from the 4 year cover that lasted barly 1 year, the company sold out and the new owners dont think they should cover it. going with a far better 6 mill uv treated poly greenhouse cover from a company i have done biz with for a few years. 4 year warrenty i have enough orderd to last 8 years or add and extra 200 sq foot. 220 bucks for a roll of plastic my friends thought i was crazy but they dont understand what ultravilote light does to plastic so it important to get the higher end uv treated stuff.

so in the comming weeks i will be getting these things in order and starting my large scale plant propagation. i say large scale it is for me. mainly figs and pepino melon fruit, maybe a few prickly pears, royal empress trees. probly about it. thinking about getting into some bamboo but just so i can grow my own plant stakes.

got ribs cooking in the oven with some bbq and beer mix. flip evey half hour, when they fall apart they are done. yum.

Hey Dave!  Put that bamboo in containers!  YIKES!  Can you spell invasive?  OMG!!

We understand you got lots to deal with!  Absolutely!  Nice you popped in!

Hang in there!

Those ribs sound amazing.  I use a 22" Weber kettle grill when I do ribs and Boston butt.  The butt takes 10 hours to cook but MAN is it good!  Low and slow!
