Gino's Black Fig

I really like this Fig. It grows real strong and the cuttings are easy to root and also it taste good. My Tree is absolutely loaded and it's maybe 3 1/2 years old. Man this thing grows fast!

Looks I have two of these in cups. Was on my way out to get it done Decided to look at the forum real quick and there it is. Beautiful pic for me to look forward to. Also have salam dark and BI 39 which I know nothing about to pot up also. Thanks for the pics

Thanks frank. I am a huge fan of dark figs. Birds are too. Figured out I am going to tie off birds x netting above field with poles on corners / sides and middle. Then droop the sides. Dam birds and squirrels.

Nice pictures Frank! My Ginos black died to the ground last winter but came back and has many fruit that has not ripened yet.The Salem dark looks like a good one too!

Hey Grant, just give the tree another couple of years and you will not have to worry about the weather. Mine is Loaded this year with Fruit and it was not protected!

Looking really nice my friend. Your figs and photography are top notch.I rooted 2 cuttings this year of Gino's and they were slow developing but are looking sturdy and nice now. Looking forward to the future on it.
I've always wanted one of these guys in the garden.
