greek tseligato

fresh light yet complex flavor 
i have been trying for some time now to show you this but the wild life gets them before i do.
so i cut them unripe so you get an idea.

cant wait to taste this one and the rest of the greek family all growing like weeds the tabahanosika seemed like it was not going to root and all the sudden BAM. IT GREW. IT WAS A MONTH BEHIND THE REST AND HAS CAUGHT UP WITH TGE REST. I HAVE ALL OF THEM IN A 6 GALLON BUCKET FILL WITH PURE PERLITE. SEEMED LIKE A GOOD IDEA AT THE TIME. NOW THEY ARE 3 FOOT HIGH. GOING TO WAIT TILL THEY ARE REALLY ESTABLISHED BEFORE I FLOAT THEM OUT
