Greenhouse finished!

After 6 weeks of half day Sundays my greenhouse is finally finished. Harbor Freight 10 x 12'. I installed 2 shelves 4' x 12'. One is 36" and the other 42". I was able to get all 150 figs in there before the really cold weather this week. I ran out of daylight and was not able to clean the leaves and unripe figs off yet but I'll do that later. I have most in 3 Gal and 10 Gal pots. I should be able to get 300 in there! Maybe next year.

Looks great Aaron !! Good luck with it. 300 in there in the  future - wow!!

Like this, beautiful green house :) , how much the budget made it ?

I've been planning on buying/building the exact same model. Unfortunately, my "honey do" list has probably pushed it back until next year.

Now that you've had the experience building it, would you recommend this kit?

Looks great Aaron! Are you planning on heating it through the winter to keep it above freezing?

Congratulations!

I do plan on heating it but just to keep it barely above freezing. I collect figs and, for me, at this time, I'd like to trade for new varieties by air layering. I like how passive of an activity it is as opposed to shuffling around all those cuttings all winter. ( Which I do as well, I just don't need more to do then I already have planned.). If you would like to trade air layers in the Late Spring/Early Summer send me a PM and I'll tag mine with your name on it now. Come early Spring I'll let you know how things are going and we'll make shipping arrangements. I'll drop a list of my Varieties, just send me a list of yours and we'll trade. I have limited numbers on a lot of them so first come first serve. I will respond to your PM after I have confirmed availability in a couple weeks. Thanks
