Hi all,

I've been working really hard to get my greenhouse put up before winter.  Honestly I've stayed off so that I wasn't tempted to buy any figs until this is done.

I finally got the last of the trees removed including a huge black walnut which was leaning over the stream bank.  They dropped it right on the site of the future greenhouse.
I finalized the plans and sent it off.
A few days later I get told that I can't do it they way I want.
One side with a manual crank for the side wall and one side with automatic opener.
This doesn't seem like rocket science to me but the company will not warranty the expensive motor if I have it done that way.
Today I told them fine just send it with two hand cranks and they can keep there bloody motor.
It is really expensive to have the thing installed because I can't find a local installer.  There a dozens of greenhouses around here but they all use there own employees to do the installation.  If they are local and they install then they want you to buy their greenhouse.  Any ideas on how to find a local installer?  I'm in NC.

Hi Sharon!  I was looking for you at the Ohio Pawpaw Festival.  It was wet and rainy but I still had fun!  Call me Saturday around lunch time.  I'll tell you how to get some help building your greenhouse at a really good price.  I paid a team of 4 to build my 15 x 30 foot deck with 3 gates for $1600.  I supplied the material and told them when I wanted and they built it to my plans.
