Grise Olivette

Here i show some grise olivettte figs on my tree

Wow looks good hope it doesn't drop too many. 

Celt it should hold on to them , last season one was in near ripe and a few days away but fell due to wind most likely and not abort like 2 other plants i have and will destroy in a year or 2 if no improvement.

Here is such fig cut open afterwards that i did not taste.

Second picture i ate not cut open and it was sweet but not much else that i recall.


Tree is but a juvenile and this season i will get to taste more and post pictures.

Mine is still young but have some small figlets on it. I hope yours keeps them that means mine will in years to come. Not to sound selfish

Celt thats not selfish.
Pastiliere and Kalamata Black have taught me well on what to look for when figs abort on a few types in my yard.

I show in new thread some of those examples.

Sounds like it's time to add a couple white figs Martin since they are less known to drop their figs.
