Ground Cover

Looks GREAT Gabriel.

I tried clover here at our place since we started this thread back in March.   I live in the desert.  Bad idea.  Even under shade cloth, I couldn't get it to do much more than sprout.   It's just to darn hot here for clover I think.

So I will stick with straw or possibly go to wood chips myself.

Sedum sod can take light foot traffic.

Creeping thyme will smell great as you walk on it. It also handles light foot traffic.

Maybe if you place in stepping stones in the areas that you walk through the most and then allow a soft moss or other ground cover (like the strawberries) to grow.  That would prevent trails developing where you walk most.
