I was going to ask if that was Joy's hand but after further checking I found out it wasn't, but it is someone closely related to her, did I mention CLOSELY?
This is Jad hand, her twin brother. He picked the fig and barely let me take a photo, but didn't let me take a photo of the inside, he started eating it.
