It was a lousy spring (late freeze killed all the in-ground trees to the  ground) but what a nice fall it's turned out to be!
Still producing and still tasting good.

FMD I have some Malta Black, Petite Negra and Brunswick trying to ripe. Forecasted temps for tonight thru Tuesday night are in the low to mid 30's.
Even forecasting some snow in the North Georgia mountains tomorrow night where we are now. Don't know if my figs will get ripe or not. I am taking
them in and will try to get them some sun during the warm part of the day in the 50-60 range.

The Deanna fig is approximately 60 gm (estimated). I received the cutting from UC Davis March 2012 and is already producing figs.

The MBvs is the real winner though... in taste, productivity and keeping a closed eye.
