Happy July 4th everyone!
It has been a lovely here weather-wise. I spent much of the day in the garden including setting up a perhaps futile passive hydroponic system for summer lettuce. Hope springs eternal. Also harvested corn on the cob, green beans, zuke, and tomatoes for our dinner.
At the moment, we're sipping some bubbly as we await the fireworks. We can see them from the deck. They are in the distance, but close enough to enjoy. Ka-boom! :) :)
