moved all my figs out again. they look happy :) only to go back in this sunday.. lol

i am so ready for spring so I can uncover my trees and start the fig shuffle...........

Pete, at least you get until Sunday. We were at 68 degrees today and forecasting frost tonight. I did make use of the beautiful day
and uppotted 16 one gal plants to five, ten and fifteen gals. It wont be long now.

20°C sunny for today afternoon and 10°C with rain for Sunday afternoon ... Some in ground trees are starting to break bud.
Hopefully, we'll soon get back to 20 °C in the afternoon ...

The shuffle definitely paid off over night. It was 34 degrees with heavy frost this morning. It could have been ugly.

we had 35 it seems. standing front of my south facing brick wall.. i didn't see frost on my trees :) today and tomorrow will be beautiful. sunday.. they go back in for 4 nights. they are talking snowing again next week. this yr is actually worse than last yr so far. i think we were about a month or two late in getting the crop. that's one of the main reason why i moved all my trees to the front where they will get max sun and heat from the brick wall behind them.
