Hello Guys and Gals!

I'm Ken from Cleveland, OH. I'm pretty new to this whole fig growing thing.
I purchased my first fig plant back in September of last year - a Brown Turkey. There were four figs on the plant when I purchased it. I pinched two small ones off to allow the larger ones to ripen before winter hits. Since then I got hook on collect figs. The following month I bought a Magnolia, a unknown Italian, and a Black Mission.

I was able to successfully keep them all alive over winter, and they are now putting out healthy leaves. They are all in 3 & 5 gallon containers. Since then I've added a few more to my collection. I'm currently rooting Celeste, LSU Gold, LSU Hunt, LSU Tiger, C'est Bon, Hardy Chicago, Texas Everbearing, and Marseille.

I don't really know much about gardening, but I guess if I'm able to grow hundreds of reef corals I shouldn't have much problem with figs haha. So far so good.
I hope to learn from you all.

Welcome. Just a bit south of you. Plenty enough growers in Cleveland area that you should find what you need/like locally.
