Help - Figs started leafing in basement

I noticed my figs plants ( 3 years old) started leafing In the basement. I was hoping they would have stayed dormant for another two months. My concern is, should I use the grow lights or fertilize them now since the new growth is very thin.

Thanks in advance

You have plenty of time. If you can put them near a sunny window they'll be OK. Control your humidity.
I would not use any fertilizer for a while. Some cuttings although they have leaves might not have enough roots nor ready for re-potting.

Sas,

I am sorry, I forgot to mention earlier that these are not cuttings but 3 year old plants in midium size pots. Thanks for your response.

If you can give them Cooler temperatures and no light that would slow them down.

Hi,
That's not the ideal situation - except if you're in Zone9 . Once they wake up, they need to grow. At least they'll try to, and that energy will be lost if you don't care properly on them.
So bring them to a sunny window, and fertilize them - treat them as growing fig trees.
If other trees are just greening, try to slow them down by putting them in a cooler area - perhaps even outside if the outside temps are mild. Just watch out for the next cold spell, and be prepared to move them back to the basement.
Good luck.

Dfoster...were you answering me? I guess all your answers appky to both of us?
