For planting purposes I need to know the growth habit of these selections.

These are my survivors from cuttings and plant donations. Thansk to all who helped me. It is greatly appreciated. It's time to put them in the ground and I need to know how they grow so I can place them appropriately.

·       Petit Negri

·       Green Ischia

·       Verdal Longue

·       Sucrette

·       Col de Dame

Are they spreading or upright?

Are they slow or vigorous?

Trunking or bushy?

Congratulations on your in ground figs!  I think they grow however you prune them.  :)

Yes that is true however some are vigorus growers and upright like my LSU Gold and some spread a lot like Celeste. Some have very short nodes and grow very slowly and some seem to grow as you watch them. Some of my planting areas are smaller than others and the natural habits of these listed figs is what I am looking for.

CddG, Noir and Blanche are all vigrous growers, if they are come from a healthy (without FMV) source. CddG does send out one or two suckers. The other two- don't. That has been my experience with them.

Also, plant any of the Cdd variants, in the sunniest location.
