This variety in my friend home lots year.
I never see this variety,it's so special，because it have stamens,I think it is stamens,look the fig ass.
and this variety have lots breba,but only a few main crop。
so,anyone know this variety?

Gotta be Gilette.

I think this is not Gillette，looking the top,this  have stamens.

Don't take it too bad, but that is a caprifig - the idea is that if one had the choice, one wouldn't consider eating them .
People prefer to take advantage of fig-strains that are more appealing to the eye .
Is the brown part edible ? To me it looks like it is not .

Gillette is an edible caprifig. Caprifigs have both male and female flowers, the ones that are edible have the same type of female flowers that female trees do. Normal caprifigs have special female flowers that the wasp reproduces in, but they do not turn juicy like shown in your pics.
