how to get figsions?

I am not new to growing figs, but have a very limited variety. I grew hardy Chicago, magnolia, desert king when i lived in Chicago, now i retired to north west Arkansas where i still grow the same figs. These are growing out doors and doing great for the last 10 years. The magnolia is a little flat but big in size, they have to be dead ripe on the tree for them to start tasting better and sweeter. I just joined this fig group and was surprised to find so many different varieties. I would like to get a couple more different ones and i am wondering if some could be so kind to send me some or buy. I am also growing asian persimmon,pears,plums,paw-paw's, acouple of oranges in containers. These are all growing in the ground outside with no protection, just leaves in the fall for mulch.I have sions for plums, asian pear, and the above mention figs available.

luak, welcome to the forum. I wish I had a bunch to send you but all of my tress are too young, By this fall I should be able to share some cuttings. Knowing and eating figs all my life I too was surprise to find out about so many varieties. I now have a bunch of them thanks to the generous members here.
Merry Christmas,

Welcome Luak,

Take your time and read through the forums so you can decide what kind of flavor you might like.  Be ready to get confused by all the different varieties and get a sense of humor about it because it's just plain fun to hear about all the different varieties there are.

Luak, I have some cuttings to trade for the asian pears.  Sending you an e-mail now.
