Humidity in Winter storage

Any ideas on best humidity levels for Winter storage.
My main storage area , a barn basement, is 41F right now , but humidity level is quite high ,ranging between 75%-90%.
Any worries with humidity this high ?

Well , nobody sent up any caution flags so I'll take that as a very good sign.
The storage area is staying around 85- 90 % humidity for now and I probably couldn't do too much about it anyway ,except look for another space.
Turns out it can hold more fig pots than I thought ,which is a great blessing.
Best to all for a great Thanksgiving,

I would assume that 90% is probably too high, but it probably is also a matter of getting some fresh air in from time to time. if humidity is too low, the plants might dry out (if you can't get to the to check and water as necessary). If humidity is too high, mold would be the likely problem,

Humidity may be high because of moisture loss from the plants, and may drop as things reach an equilibrium.
