Hunt 2013

This potted layer is producing good fruits. The mother tree is heaving infected with FMV and is having a difficult time producing figs when it does, they are good. It is decent fig. Not poor and not spectacular. It will produce about four larger than a golf ball size figs every four days. Worth keeping only because the few breba that I have had are wow-ish. It may do well grounded.

wowish for brebas or wowish in general?

Although, I have thought for some times that Petite Negri, or at least mine, has better brebas because they make such a large and pretty fig that's almost as good as the main crop.  I suspect most large figs are fairly subject to rot as mine did this year, but that cannonball italian was really compelling and firm looking...
