I know you are going to thank me for this one

While searching the Internet I stumbled across this Fig Blog with the most beautiful pictures of Montserrat Pons figs over a hundred and a nice video to boot if you click on captions and then click on settings you could change the captions to english or whatever Enjoy!

Wow Dave that was exciting, I'm so addicted! I will be planting several fig trees in ground this year.
Thanks for posting the video and pictures!

FiGrove, Zone 8 North Louisiana.

Thank you Dave!

are these figs all caprified?

Dave you are "DA Man" Thanks so much!

Wow!

Heart quickening. Hands sweating. Mouth Watering. Am I in love?

Thanks very much Dave!  Excellent find!

Thank Dave! My informal wish list was cut substantially!
I only left the good looking figs :)

Dave, Nice source of photos and info.
Thank you for a great find.

Alan Mercieca you are not correct, Spain has caprifigs and Blastophaga wasps, if you check in fb on either Pons' timeline or Juan Biblioni's timeline, you will see pictures of Caprifig mamme crop with wasps in Spain. Besides, why would Portugal have them and Spain not?

Your welcome everybody I've been looking at all the pictures for the last week determining which one looked the most interesting I think I am leaning towards "Maillada"

Dave,

I almost republished the information about Montserrat Pons pictures. I have done a search but this thread was "buried" among 2 pages of others that mentioned Pons and simply passes unnoticed at first.

Could i make a suggestion (if that is still possible) to change the tread name to something like "Montserrat Pons - 100 varieties photos" or similar, so that us newbies can find it more easily?

I really like the form of those trees.  Nice under canopy picking height.

oh google auto-translate

Thank you Dave

I was fortunate enough to obtain a few cuttings from a handful of Pons varieties, so i searched the web trying to find additional photos of those varieties and i also found this blog and its wonderful photos. Its always nice to see what our small trees can produce.
I missed this thread when i search the forum the first time, so it think others might miss it too without a rename.
