I need help on my fig plants

Hi there,
I just bought 2 fig plants in containers 2 days ago and placed them under direct full day sun. I have make sure that both plants are kept hydrated.

1. 1 of them has crispy leaves. Is this a concern ? If no, what can I do to save it ?

2. The other plant has more tender, new growth leaves but the leaves flipped downwards. When I bought it home, I then realized that the main branch somehow "dislodged from the soil". Meaning I can rock the main branch from left to right. I guess that the roots have been disturbed and it's under going shock.
What can I do ? Can I repot this plant to a bigger pot and a change of soil ? I realized that the soil doesn't drain well.

By the way, I lives in Asia and it's humid and sunny here.

Thank you so much for your attention.

Direct sun very bad for new plants. Put both of them in shade and slowly introduce them to sun. Pull crispy leaves off. Take some pictures if you can

I am newbie.

Asia is a big area and some area are very warm, you need to look at neighbor's fig tree, Do they drop leave at winter time?

It sounds that your fig tree's root damages, It is better to stay away from strong sun, Fig tree is tough, If you put it at shaded area, It will repair them self and grow more roots.

Richie (Figpig 66) is telling you the thing to do! Please listen to him!

Thanks guys for the reply.
I have yet to figure out how to post the pictures here. Nevertheless, the crispy leaves fig plant seems to have acclimatized and new leaves are emerging from other nodes. I'm definitely happy with the progress.

However, as for the other fig plant, I'm getting worried as the leaves have dried out and no new buds can be seemed. It's just like a stick in a pot. How do I know if this plant is still alive ?
