I need information on some types

I need some information on these type of figs , based on sweetness, taste ,productively and hardness.

Patrick's super giant ( I found some information about this on the internet, but I really would like some opinions on this one)

Unnamco Purple ( can't seem to find this type on the Internet)

Red Italian

Green Italian

I know that 'Italian Red' is really a 'Brunswick' fig variant.
I destroyed mine - too much souring in my place.
