Their shipping season for cuttings is over for now.
Import and export restrictions would make it extremely expensive for anyone to send you anything from the US.
Check with your ministry of agriculture to find out your local requirements before ordering anything from overseas, otherwise you might never get it.

are the figs sold in the markets are from abroad?

If you can contact growers from Syria it would be best as the greatest figs in the worlds come from the region.
