lol Pete. Please check out this video at the 1 minute mark until about the 3 minute mark.Hardy chicago is described excellent and hope that yours if indeed from my tree does the same for you.
2:50 to 4 minutes for the Hardy Chicago. I have a first year HC growing indoors at the moment myself, from forum member ediblelandscapingsc. (Thanks Dan). It's a real healthy looking, hardy little tree. We're looking forward to seeing it develop.
I got my HC from hirts garden 2 years ago. with all these vareations i am wondering what the differance is in them all. maybey next fall we can all get together and swap cuttings from our trees to see what is differant if anything.
i already have HC EL rooting right now.. so it would be interesting to see the difference. i understand HC EL is not like other HC at all.
Wow Pete congrats that's a beauty your very lucky. Great video Martin thank's for sharing.
I have 3 Hardy Chicago plants. 2 might be available this summer for trades. I stuck rooted cuttings (except for one) I got from Marius on Ebay all into one big container. Some didn't make it, but the others did. I'm looking forward to tasting this excellent variety!Suzi
