Ice Crystal fig

Hello everyone.I am looking for one or two cuttings of this varietie, willing to pay good money for it,or trade some other rare cultivars.Thank you!

I did not know one existed but it does. Good luck Marius.
I hope you get it soon and it grow big with you soon. Just found this when surfed for it:

There is one variety of Fig that is rarely available which is usually grown just for its large ornamental leaves rather than the small edible figs it produces. Ice Crystal (Ficus Carica 'Ice Crystal') has long, divided, almost finger like leaves that grow in the shape of ice crystals making it a very decorative, architectural plant.

nice.i will be on the look out

Is this the same as Silver Lyre or Afghanistan Fig or just another name for both?

Mario,it is not the same fig.

other than the wonderful leaves, is there anything special about this fig?

Pete,i wish to answer you correctly,but...i have no ideea about the fruit.I like the foliage...

"...is there anything special about this fig? " Pete asks,
Yes, it is hard to find. If it was not hard to find, Marius would not be looking for it!
That makes it special for a while.

Very interesting looking leaves! Good luck hope you find it. If I come across it I will let you know.

Hey marius I have something in the works as we type if it does or doesnt work out I will let you know.

I tried them they will not ship to USA

Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

call me unsophisticated. i rather be eating my figs than looking at the leaves :)

Yea, but you have to amit, that is a cool looking fig leaf!!!

Pete
you are almost close to pragmatic sophistication; first eat all your figs and then, may be, look at the pretty dandelion like pretty leave.

I like the leaf too, very unusual.
