Zone 8-9 Texas. We were told this is a fig from Turkey. It is producing now while our Celeste and Tx Everbearing are long over. Fig is a large size which starts off bight green . Any thoughts ?
Welcome to the forum. Yeah, everything is "from Turkey". Hell, some people call figs "Turkeys" for some reason also ;)That picture isn't loading fully.
Brown turkey.Pulp is brown and it's from Turkey.
Regular "Brown Turkey" has pink pulp and an interior void, and it's purple in color, fading to a green neck. I'm not seeing either in that picture.
