Identifying 'Mazur White'

I distributed rooted cuttings of this fig at Bass' party this year.
I received the cuttings from Mazur's nursery in Lawrenceville, NJ from the owner who has the tree growing in his backyard abutting the nursery.

This fig was on the tree but split and the son and I knocked it down to get a photo.

Anyone have any suggestions on what a 'better' name for this fig might be?  This is the full fig, sort of spread open.

Regards,

Andrew

I got a little potted tree of this from Andrew last year at Bass's. Today I had a type one so I ate it. It was DELICIOUS! Next time I will take pix. Thanks, Andrew.

Donna,

I'm so glad it is doing well for you.  How big is the tree and how many figs do you expect to get this year?

Andrew

Hi Andrew, it only has one more fig! It didn't grow like crazy, but as I recall, it was a twig last year. It's about a foot tall.

Hey Andrew, here are a few photos of figs off of mine, I am not sure what it is, and unfortunately every time it has ripened a fig we have gotten rain so the taste has been hard to identify, it seems like a honey type. My tree will end up producing 10-15 figs despite being in a small pot still. The leaves look similar to the ones Donna posted. Have you gotten any figs off of it? photo 2.jpg
