Yes, the tree is pricey. I just spoke to the guy "Derrick" and invited him to join the forum. He is very nice, he owns landscaping business, and is from England or New England? He asked for advice to winterize his trees, and so I gave some helpful tips. He wanted to trade, instead, I decided to "pay it forward" by giving him free cuttings (thank you guys, you know who you are). Now that I have a potential neighbor, I hope to spread fig trees here in Idaho!

Chicago Hardies are selling for $10.00 around here at Lowes and if they are out they will restock next spring,not bad for 1gal. size.
