1/2 cup fig paste or preserves
Juice of 1 large lemon
1 hot Thai chili pepper
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup fresh basil
1/2 cup olive oil
I liquefied all of that in the Vita-Mix and brushed it on the scallops 5 minutes before they were done. It was SOOOO GOOD!
