Insect ID

Found 2 of these little buggers on two of the fig trees a few days ago.  Don't see any apparent damage and have looked for more in the last few days with negative results. Neemed them and that was that.  Searched the internet but can't find anything.  Any ideas?

Looks like a jumping spider that molted?

It is nymph of the plant hopper bug. Harmless. They feed on sap from the trees but does not hurt the plants. I see a plenty of these in my fig plants. Google "Acanalonia" for more info.

I'm sorry, but I see a Hermit Crab smoking a cigar!

This is it!  Thanks.

I just killed a bunch of these on my blackberry bush, there was a group of 4 of them and I sprayed them off with the hose. Next day back on the branch and they cover the branch in the white stuff thats coming out its mouth, sprayed with neem oil, came back again next day, sprayed with neem oil again, and haven't seen them since.
