so for longest time, i thought "preto" was some special word. preto this, preto that. so finally i searched it on the net. it's means "black". oh well.. internet gives too much information. so now Fico Preto is just another way of saying black fig. 

Just checked out too. I thought it was Italian but it's Portuguese. Go figure!

Yes, found one "Noir" on Preto Friday.

I didn't shop on Preto Friday so I guess I'm "in the Preto".

We will soon be consumed by the Preto Hole.

It is not just a black fig, carrying that load of Portuguese back ground, it is a Portuguese black fig... must be good.

Difficult to remember from that long ago. That was "pretty sheep" not "preto sheep".

i had boudin noir korean style for dinner. would have been nice if i had some Figo Preto to wash away the after taste.
