After enjoying the shared experiences, information and enthusiasm on this forum, I'd like to introduce myself:
I am a 4th generation Taylor County, Florida native, living in the woods between thousands of acres of planted pines, about 10-miles west of the small town of Perry where I was born and raised. Our large, rural county has a long Gulf coastline (7-miles from me as the crow flies,) and is about 50-miles below Tallahassee.
My involvement with plants spans several decades but with figs it is mostly standing under a Brown Turkey competing with the birds.
I hope to continue learning and having new adventures with all the tastes described here.
