Hello all! I'm located on the Md / Va line on the eastern shore. There are a few varieties of figs grown here. I see them when I am riding around . I've had some success with propagating . But fear since I started so late in the season they won't be established enough before winter. Would love to come across some other people on the eastern shore that would be willing to assist me with acquiring some cuttings in the spring .

Welcome!  We try to camp at Assateague Island each year but probably won't make it this year.  I'm sure it is nice area for growing figs.  Do you know what varieties you have locally?

I'm not an expert but can post pics of the leaves and fruits. And will share with anyone that is interested.
